Bupyeong is one of Incheon's busiest, most established neighborhoods — it's been here longer than most of Seoul's trendy districts. Cafes open late, the underground shopping street runs nearly 24/7, and the area is well-policed. Solo travelers (including women) consistently feel comfortable here.
